Since 2020, we have been working on projects in the agricultural sector. This is an example of some custom engineered products, which were installed onto John Deere Gator utility vehicles.

A high-pressure pump system, fed by a high-volume air compressor, pumps product to our custom engineered high pressure volumetric dispensing valves. These valves are designed for up to 500 bar hydraulic pressure and can dispense volumes from 1.0 to 2.0 grams.

This application can be adjusted for a slow dropping dispense, or a high-speed shot of product. Our client was able to improve his application times drastically, and meant multiple applications were achievable during the in-season of the fruit.
